**The Schaefferstown EMS Station is currently restricted due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.  Groups that normally utilize our building may resume their meeting times, with the guidelines that have been put in place by SEMS.  Please proceed to www.sems160.com/COVID19 for more information.

Welcome!  Please use the navigation bar to the left (or the top right for you mobile users) to find out information about Schaefferstown EMS.  You can find links for just about anything, including ways to request CPR classes, contacting us, getting linked to EMT classes, becoming a volunteer with us, and other information about our organization.

Founded in 1977, Schaefferstown Community Ambulance Association (SCAA) was created to serve the residents of the Schaefferstown area.  Even though we are now called the Schaefferstown Emergency Medical Services (SEMS), our goal is the same.  Even with a shortage of volunteers in the United States, our crews strive to serve you in your time of need!

Despite moving to our new station in 2012, many of our residents still have difficulty locating us and haven’t seen our new building.  If you would like to stop by and check it out, please contact us!  In order to make it stand out a little more, our friends at Horst Signs in Myerstown did an amazing job of creating a new sign to help you easily spot our station!
